Progressive cutting control
The ASA 20 uses a progressive cutting system rather than simply opening and closing at one fixed speed.
The blade follows the movement of your finger on the control trigger. Pressing the trigger partway closes the blade partway, while releasing it immediately opens the blade again.
This gives you greater control when positioning the secateurs around a branch and helps produce accurate, clean cuts.
Two blade-opening widths
The blades can be set to two different opening widths.
Use the full 25 mm opening for thicker branches and stems. The smaller opening is useful when working through thinner growth because the blade travels a shorter distance between cuts, helping you work more quickly.
The selected opening width is shown on the OLED display.
Clear OLED information display
The built-in OLED display provides useful information while you work, including:
