It has a ceramic glazed surface which is perfect for cooking Pizza, Flat Bread or desserts on the barbecue.

The cooking surface is approximately 41cm diameter, which means you can cook a 16 inch pizza.

This Stone will fit Weber Spirit Series and larger gas barbecues, the Weber Performer, Performer Premium/Deluxe and Summit Grill/Grilling centre charcoal barbecues.

Simply sit the glazed stoneware on the barbecue grate and it will heat quickly and evenly. The special glaze promotes a crispy, restaurant-quality crust.
