The Weber Gourmet BBQ System (GBS) – Poultry Roaster will help you to infuse poultry with moisture and flavour whilst roasting vegetables.

Ideal for cooking the perfect roast. Cook chicken or turkey and get crispy sides all over, whilst retaining moisture at the same time. Plus you can include all the traditional roast vegetables around the edge.

This Poultry Roaster comes with a centre well, so you can top it up with your favourite liquid to help enhance flavour and retain moisture.

It’s a versatile system and if you prefer, you can remove the Liquid Infusion Cup and use the basket alone for vegetables and because it is part of the GBS, it will fit neatly into any GBS Cooking Grate and will stay securely in place, giving you peace of mind it is in the perfect spot on your barbecue.
