Stihl BR450 C-EF Backpack Blower

The Stihl BR450 C-EF Backpack Blower is designed for contractors, local authorities and professional gardeners; this high performance machine produces plenty of blowing power for those tougher jobs. With a tool-less, fully adjustable blower tube and control handle, the Stihl BR450 C-EF offers optimised ergonomics for prolonged use. Perfect for removing grass and hedge clippings, leaves or rubbish.

Stihl BR450 C-EF features ElectroStart for convenient restarting of the blower via the control handle on the back. Additional pull starter with Stihl ErgoStart for starting at cold temperatures of when the battery is low.

• STIHL 2-MIX Engine

  The 2-stroke engine with 2-MIX technology offers impressive engine performance, outstanding performance and excellent volume torque curve for high cutting performance and pulling power. Despite its power, the engine operates with low emissions so the engine already meets the requirements EU emissions standard Stage II.

  STIHL ElastoStart

  STIHL ElastoStart reduces the shock caused by the compression of the engine during starting. The compression shock is taken away from the user’s joints and muscles through a spring or rubber element in the starter handle.

• Anti-vibration system

  Intense vibration at the handles of power tools can lead to long-term effects on blood vessels in the hands and arms. STIHL has therefore developed an effective anti-vibration system on the Stihl BR450 C-EF whereby the oscillations from the machine’s engine are dampened which significantly reduces vibrations at the handles.

  Multi-function control handle

  Easy, comfortable thumb-operated control means the operator’s hand never leaves the handle.

• Ergonomic harness

  Evenly distributes the weight between the user’s shoulders, back, hips and upper thighs. With soft padding for increased comfort during prolonged use and when working on large areas.

  Adjustable blowing tube

  The blowing tube of the Stihl BR450 C-EF can be easily adjusted, without tools, to suit individual body sizes or individual cleaning task. This allows for optimum blowing force and control at all times.

• Toolless handle position adjustment
